Return & Refund Policy
At Empowered Products d.o.o., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. As a European consumer, you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal when shopping on empoweredproducts.eu.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement (e.g., via our contact form or a letter sent to our Zagreb HQ).
2. Important: Hygiene and Health Protection Exception
Please Note: According to Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.
For your safety and ours, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, in their original packaging, and with the protective seal intact. If the seal is broken, the product is no longer eligible for return or refund.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract within the 14-day period and the goods remain sealed, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
4. Return Shipping Costs
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return at our designated facility.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via our contact page. In such cases, the hygiene exception does not apply, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with EU legal guarantee rights.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and the applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.
